4.4 ar7777 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account that is found to be inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to applicable law. Dormant Account balances will be managed in accordance with the applicable dormancy policy communicated to Users at the time of closure.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ar7777 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa/Mastercard, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Available methods may change; the current list is published on the ar7777 Platform.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit via JazzCash and Easypaisa is Rs 200. Minimum amounts for other methods are published on the deposits page within the ar7777 Platform.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed following successful KYC verification. ar7777 targets processing of JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals within 1–4 hours and bank transfer withdrawals within 24 hours, subject to verification review. These are target timeframes and not guaranteed service levels.
5.4 Same-Method Withdrawal. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. ar7777 reserves the right to require alternative withdrawal methods if circumstances require.
5.5 No Third-Party Payments. You may only deposit using payment methods registered in Your own name. ar7777 does not accept deposits from or make withdrawals to third-party accounts. Any funds identified as originating from third-party sources may be returned and the associated Account suspended.
6.1 All bonus offers provided by ar7777 are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published with each individual promotion. General bonus terms do not override promotion-specific terms where the two conflict.
6.2 Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not withdrawable as cash until wagering requirements have been satisfied. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period; unused Bonus Funds expire thereafter.
6.3 ar7777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any fraudulent attempt to exploit promotional offers, including multi-accounting, collusion, or systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to clear wagering requirements, will result in cancellation of bonus entitlements and may result in Account closure.
6.4 ar7777 may at its sole discretion decline to offer any promotion to any User or group of Users.

Breach of any prohibition in this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.
9.1 All content on the ar7777 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of ar7777 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
9.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the ar7777 Platform without express prior written consent.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ar7777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from Your use of the Platform, including loss of winnings resulting from technical errors, system outages, or communication failures outside ar7777's reasonable control.
10.2 ar7777's total aggregate liability to You in connection with any claim arising from Your use of the Platform shall not exceed the value of funds deposited by You in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 ar7777 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption or free from technical errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.
